Processes
We detail one of the processes we do today:
• Reception and preparation
Received all invoices from different companies of the group in Catimatge. Classify them and verify their compliance with legal requirements, we incorporate a bar code for identification.
• Scanning and OCR
We scan over 3,000 invoices per day by applying the quality control requirements (bills of more than one sheet, validation of business, etc.). Once scanned the OCR process by applying a powerful data capture them. The correction process is performed to finish filling in the data that were not automatically captured.
• Sending file and SAP integration
Once you have completed all the verification processes and quality customer send images via FTP and accounting data bill, which the client once integrated this data into your accounting system can automatically perform addition to consult any your bill in seconds.
